If i were in front of you right now, i have shouted the above quote pointing my finger to you, so that i could have a greater impact on YOU.

But, I'm busy making your lives better and easier to deal with.

Today what I am going to make you learn is

How to be DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS.

Who doesn't love to be unique and treated specially in a overwhelming manner?

Everybody...

Right?????

But today you will get to learn

HOW NOT TO BE AMONG THE EVERYBODY...

You give your best, perform well and hope it gets you noticed,

 but while good performance is important and critical to advancing your career; 

unfortunately, it’s not always enough. 

Many of your peers are doing great work as well.

 You have to do and have to be something more than that

 To stand out from the crowd.

You do not have to do something massive, all you have to do which is clearly visible and noticeable.

Even some simplest differentiation can make your first impression,

SOLID LASTING. 

If you do so

You will surely get NOTICED.

So here are some useful tips that you can use as a guideline of BEING DIFFERENT.

• YOUR STANDPOINT:-  Stay positive always, look at things from a positive aspect rather than thinking what is bad and what may go wrong, stay always positive.

Stay passionate, be enthusiastic and always try to keep up your beat. An upbeat professional standpoint always stands out.

People generally love to hang around with those people who are positive, passionate, creative and always wear confidence as a regular basis, 

rather than the people who are negative, rude, complaining.

• YOUR PERSONALITY:- A friendly and approachable personality is always the best way to build and grow any kind of relationship better.

You know what?

Many people say they are very cool.

But how to know if they are actually cool or not???

Shall we check their body temp?

Oh hell no...

That is a stupid idea.

Actual cool people are those who maintain the EAR and MOUTH ratio.

You have 2 ears and 1 mouth.

So its, 2:1

Now what i mean to say is, maintain this ratio. Listen with two ears and talk with one mouth.

LISTEN MORE, TALK LESS.

When you listen to others and let them speak, you get to know them better and when you finally become ready to talk, 

Everything what you will say, if it is really concerned with their matter what you have heard,

They will surely think you cool.

As they can approach you,

You let them speak,

You listened to them carefully

and

You said something which makes sense.

If this isn't cool, then all the motivational speakers including me are very uncool to you.

So keep a cool attitude to stand out

of the crowd.

YOUR CREATIVITY:- Think creatively. Don’t be afraid to express your creativity and look for innovative solutions. 

Ask intelligent and useful questions.

Ask questions that no one else is asking. 

Even if its WEIRD...

Your friend will definitely call you WEIRDO, so does mine...

And make sure to answer weirdly too.

It’s often not the answers you provide that make an impression, but your ability to ask insightful questions and maybe your answer sound weird but somehow it can really make sense.

Not only will you demonstrate that you can “think outside the box,” 

but that you can use your creative skills in a way that benefits others too, who are concerned about that WEIRD TOPIC.

• YOUR YOURSELF-NESS:- You were born alone, not with the crowd. People pay more attention when you say something about yourself rather than talking about someone else. The key is to find in what aspects you can find your yourself and how do you present the best of yourself in front of the people, the crowd.

The moment you dare to be completely yourself, you refuse to be like someone else.

Set this quote in your mind,

"Always be the First You, not the Second Someone Else!"

This particular quote actually helped me a lot to be one of a kind.

Now that i have told you  

What it really needs to be different and work on it making this a regular habit,

Soon you will find yourself
