LIKE A BOSS, DEFEAT D-ANGER - THE RICHY RICH GUIDE



"DANGER"

If we look closely to the above mentioned word we can find
"D-Anger"
So now if you are enough wise, then you can clearly see that DANGER is just one word away from ANGER.
Today what i am going to discuss in my blog, is all about every youth and teens main problem, ANGER.
So give your mobile phone, Whatsapp, Facebook and every other thing what you are doing right now, and focus for next 5 minutes in reading my blog so that you can understand better what I am going to say.

   So lets start. 


At first we have to know, what is ANGER and WHERE and WHY and WHEN does this come and take us over. 
When ever you are angry you can feel your blood pressure rising, your face becoming red and many other symptoms which definitely make you appear anger.
Well most of us think that nothing could be done to deal with this because it is a natural emotion.
Think for a moment.....
Is it really a natural emotion???????
Well then let me tell you about some of our natural emotions.
  1. When you feel HUNGRY, that's natural, you require food to live.
  2. When you are THIRSTY, that's natural, you require water as a basic component of your body
  3. When, you gotta PEE, you need to pee, you require to pee and should never fight holding it, we all know the consequences.......
BUT 
WHEN YOU FEEL ANGRY!
Do you really require to be angry as you require to eat or drink or to pee or to shit?????????????

NO. YOU JUST DO NOT.
So how can you say that anger is a natural emotion?
It's not.
It's just a STATE OF MIND but it is very hard and very important to deal with it in a positive way.
Uncontrolled anger is HARMFUL for your HEALTH, RELATIONSHIPS, WORK and the most important YOURSELF.

So here are some basic practices you can work on whenever you are free to MANAGE YOUR ANGER LIKE A BOSS.

  • THINK FOR A MOMENT BEFORE YOU OPENING YOUR MOUTH WHEN YOU ARE ANGRY. 

In the heat of the moment, it's easy to say something you'll later regret. Take a few moments to collect your thoughts before saying anything, and allow others involved in the situation to do the same.



You should always open your mouth only when you have something more beautiful than silence when you are angry.

  • KEEP CALM, KEEP CALM, KEEP CALM.
As soon as you try to maintain calm, you start thinking clearly and vivid. Think about the reason which caused you anger. You might find it is not a that much big issue what you thought it to be. If it is a person, apologize if you over reacted if not then try to clear out the misunderstanding and all the issues which caused you getting hyper.

  • PHYSICAL ACTIVITY.


Physical activity can help reduce stress that can cause you to become angry. If you feel your anger escalating, go for a brisk walk or run, or spend some time doing other enjoyable physical activities.


Trust me IT REALLY WORKS.

USE HUMOR, TO RELEASE THE STRESS.
Lightening up can help diffuse tension. Use humor to help you face what's making you angry and, possibly, any unrealistic expectations you have for how things should go. Avoid sarcasm, though, it can hurt feelings and make things worse.

So be careful about that.
  • SEEK HELP, AND FOLLOW THE ABOVE RULES.
You might be thinking that anger is a small issue and you maybe okay, with your anger. 
But my friend, do you know, 
THE LESS YOU ANGER, THE LONGER YOU LIVE.

We get only one life, we should not hold a grudge about something or someone. The moment you waste being angry, you could have create good memories if you would have controlled your anger and have focused on the solution.



Well my last suggestion in this blog post to all of you is,

LEARN TO CONTROL YOUR ANGER,
DON'T LET YOUR ANGER CONTROL YOU.
